On most items - within 10 days of delivery, you may return item purchased through our web site or catalog with the delivery service of your choice and it should be insured. Please call 503-380-3722 for return authorization number and instructions.

Pending inspection, a refund, exchange or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes whenever applicable. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.

Any return or exchange item must be in original condition and contain all original packaging. Please enclose the purchase invoice, a note describing the reason for your return/exchange, along with your address and a daytime phone number.

Returns on custom items, original artworks and surfboards:

All sales are final. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving item for any issue. Because many of our items are usually rare, unique and/or original pieces, no exchanges can take place.

Returns will only be accepted for items that we have may have listed with accidental or misleading information. We encourage you to look the photos over carefully and if needed, we can send more photos or answer any questions before you place an order.

We reserve the right not to sell an item to anyone for any reason at our own discretion.
